AI and LLM research. Retrieval-augmented generation, agent architectures, evaluation harnesses, and inference cost. Calling the model is the easy part. Proving the output is good, repeatedly, is the work.
Data infrastructure. The collection, processing, and enrichment pipelines behind the products. This is the layer that breaks first under scale, so it is the layer we take seriously first.

How We Work

Small teams, short cycles, a testable definition of done. When a work item opens, the first thing we write isn't code. It's the answer to "how will we know this works?"

We also track how long it takes an engineer who didn't write the code to understand it. A system is yours at the point your own team can change it.

Being in Bilkent Cyberpark was a choice. Proximity to the university ecosystem makes it easier to work with new graduate engineers and to stay in contact with academic research.
