These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of nextyazilimteknoloji.com.tr (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the corporate website only. Rights and obligations relating to the software we build and to engagements with our customers are set out separately in the relevant contracts.

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the Turkish version of these Terms prevails.

2. Using the Site

You may view, download, and print extracts for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The name "Next Yazılım Teknoloji" and related marks belong to the Company.

4. Content you submit

If you send us content through the Site (via a contact form or email), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content in order to respond to your request and operate our business. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
