Who We Build For

The teams Next Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi works with best, and the cases where it is plainly not the right fit.

We don't work well with everyone. Saying so up front helps both sides.

Our Ideal Partner Profile

We get the best results with these teams:

  • Stage: at or very near product-market fit
  • Team: between 5 and 500 people
  • Technical posture: willing to try AI, not waiting for a reference list first
  • Ownership: there's a counterpart who can make the technical call
  • Expectation: they want working software

What they share is structural: they need to move faster than their tooling allows, and they're at a point where a difference in engineering quality shows up on the income statement.

By Role

The founder-operator

Makes the technical calls themselves, often alongside product. Wants speed more than polish. We work so a small team gets a real result.

The engineering manager

Has a team but is missing depth in one area: LLM systems, data pipelines, or scaling. Wants to close that gap rather than grow headcount.

The product team

Clear on the idea, short on engineering capacity. Needs end-to-end development.

Data and platform teams

Care about schemas, pipelines, and cost. Expect clean interfaces, clear documentation, and no surprising behaviour. We build our data infrastructure work with this profile in mind first.

Who We're Not For

Large organizations with rigid procurement and compliance cycles. Maybe in time; that isn't today's focus.

Teams looking for bodies. We don't supply hourly capacity. We take ownership of problems, which is a different contract.

Projects that don't yet know what they want. We can narrow the ambiguity together, but we'll say up front that this is separate work.

How We Know It's a Fit

When, in the first few weeks, we hear some version of: "We didn't know it could be solved this way."

If that sentence never arrives, the fit is wrong. We'd rather hear it early than six months in.
