Where to Direct What

Technical support

For teams we work with, support comes from the engineers doing the work, through the shared channel agreed at the start of the engagement.

Three things shorten the response time when you report an issue: a request ID, the timestamp when the error occurred, and where possible a minimal reproduction. With all three you get an answer the same day; without them, our first reply is just us asking for them.

Partnerships and proposals

The first step in any new engagement is getting the scope clear. In a first conversation we try to learn three things: what the problem is, how it's solved today, and what "successful" would mean.

When there's no answer to the third, defining it together becomes the first piece of work.

Careers

Openings on the Bilkent Cyberpark team are announced on our Kariyer.net company profile. The Team page lists who's here.

For requests relating to your personal data, use the application route in the Privacy Policy. Terms of use are on the Terms of Use page.

Response Times

  • Support requests: within one business day, faster for priority situations
  • Partnership and proposal correspondence: within a week; longer for low-context messages
  • Bulk cold outreach: we don't respond

What Not to Do

Don't escalate routine support past the project channel; it routes back to the same team. Don't expect us to share information about other customers. Don't ask us to publicly assess competitors.

What We Do Want to Hear

Constructive criticism, especially the negative kind. If something surprised you badly, say so.

Patterns you're seeing in your own system. Some of our best work started with a single message.

Errors in our documentation. We'll fix them.
