This notice explains how Next Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data through nextyazilimteknoloji.com.tr (the "Site"). It applies to the corporate website only.

We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and its secondary legislation.

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the Turkish version of this notice prevails.

2. Personal data we process

Data you provide directly

• Contact information: name, email address, company, and message content submitted through a form or by email
• Correspondence: communications between you and us

Data collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address (as a rule truncated or anonymised), browser type and version, operating system, referrer, pages viewed, date and time of access
• Usage data: how you navigate and interact with the Site
• Cookies: see "Cookies" below

We do not knowingly collect personal data belonging to children. If you believe such data has been sent to us, contact us and we will delete it.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to requests submitted through the contact form or by email
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Site, including diagnosing technical issues and analysing performance
• Protecting the Site, including detecting and preventing abuse and unauthorised access
• Meeting legal obligations, including responding to requests from competent public authorities

4. Legal grounds

We process personal data on the following grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

• Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): for consent-based processing such as non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): retention and notification duties arising from legislation.
• Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): proposal and engagement processes.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f): secure operation and improvement of the Site, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. It may be transferred, only as necessary and under appropriate contractual safeguards, to:

• Service providers acting as data processors, such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers
• Legal and financial advisers, to the extent necessary for legitimate professional purposes
• Competent public authorities, where required by law, court order, or legal process

Where data is transferred abroad, the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK are observed.

6. Retention periods

We retain personal data only for as long as the purpose of collection requires and as obliged by legislation.

• Contact form records: up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction
• Server logs and analytics data: up to 14 months, mostly in aggregated or anonymised form
• Records required by law: for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation (as a rule 10 years under tax and commercial legislation)

7. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed
• request information if it has been processed
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
• request that correction, erasure, and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
• claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

8. How to apply

To exercise these rights, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

Your application should include your name and surname, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number, address for notification, email and telephone if any, and the subject of your request.

We conclude requests as quickly as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. Where the process incurs an additional cost, a fee from the tariff set by the Board may apply.

9. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function properly.
• Analytics cookies: used to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve content, subject to your consent where required.
• Preference cookies: used to remember your settings, such as theme preference.

The Site does not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

10. Security

Under Article 12 of KVKK we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data and to ensure its safekeeping. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.

If we determine that personal data has been unlawfully obtained by others, we will notify the data subject and the Personal Data Protection Board as soon as possible.

11. Changes

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or the law. For material changes we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
