We're building Next Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi to last. That reads as a cliché, so let's be specific about what it means.

The Long-Term Goal

To be one of the few teams that can build AI-based systems to production quality.

Within ten years we want a team to be able to put an LLM-based system into production in a fraction of the time it takes today, against measurable quality targets. Not because we removed the team, but because the right engineering practice made the same team markedly faster.

We don't think this is a winner-take-all field. There will be other teams. We want to be one of the respected ones.

Near-Term Priorities

Make evaluation infrastructure standard. A setup where quality is measured repeatably on every LLM-based piece of work.

Measure handover. How long it takes an engineer who didn't write the code to understand it is a metric for us.

Engineering depth in Ankara. The real return on Bilkent Cyberpark is the bench that grows here over time.

Beyond these we set sharper numbers internally. We won't pretend to publish them without a credible reason.

What We're Deliberately Not Optimizing For

An early exit. We didn't start the company to sell it. The 2021 incorporation was designed as a long-term structure.

Maximum headcount. A big team is not a better company. We grow when it helps customers.

Funding as a status signal. We take capital when capital is the real constraint on building something better.

What We Are Optimizing For

Accumulated engineering depth: each piece of work makes the next one easier. Handover quality: code still readable six months later. Customer continuity: customers who come back and bring others.

What those three share is that none of them look good on a quarterly report.

What You Can Hold Us To

If, five years from now, the way our partner teams work hasn't measurably changed, we will have failed.

We're writing that down now so we have to keep meaning it.
